Overview As Supply Chain Manager, you will coordinate planning, purchasing, warehouse and logistics to ensure continuous operations and high service levels in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will align cross-functional teams to optimize material flows and inventory while managing a capable team. This role offers impact through improving efficiency, regulatory compliance, and cost control at a pharmaceutical site in Milan area. You will shape the end-to-end supply chain to support manufacturing goals and site performance.
Responsabilità
Lead planning to balance demand, capacity, inventory, and material availability.
Oversee purchasing to secure timely raw materials, packaging, and services.
Manage warehouse operations, inbound/outbound flows and logistics.
Optimize inventory levels and address slow-moving or obsolete stock.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering,



Finance and Commercial functions for integrated supply chain.
Monitor KPIs, service levels, costs and performance, driving continuous improvement.
Lead and develop the team, promoting accountability and results orientation.
Requisiti fondamentali
Solid experience in supply chain within manufacturing, ideally pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
Strong knowledge of planning, site purchasing, warehouse and logistics processes.
Experience in managing and developing teams.
Good understanding of inventory management, production planning and material flow optimization.
Good knowledge of SAP.
Fluent or professional working proficiency in English.
