Your Role

As Tender Lead,



you drive the end-to-end management of hospital product tenders. You scout opportunities, analyze complex bids, and formulate winning strategies. By leading cross-functional alignment across Market Access, Commercial, Legal, Finance, Medical, and Supply Chain, you ensure fully compliant proposals. You manage the tender calendar, pipeline, and KPI dashboards—tracking win rates and regional performance—to enable data-driven decisions. You lead negotiations with contracting authorities, monitor updates to the Public Procurement Code, and translate regulatory changes into actionable guidance. Moreover, you spearhead the internalization and optimization of tender operations, leading and developing your team to elevate standards and maximize efficiency.

Who You Are
- Degree in Science, Economics, Supply Chain, or Law (Procurement context preferred).
- 8+ years in pharma, with 3-5 years managing
