ams Italy S.r.l. is seeking a seasoned technical expert to lead the physical implementation of high-speed digital and mixed-signal ICs in Rivolta d'Adda, Lombardy.
You will drive place-and-route from synthesis through sign-off, and set digital backend methodologies to deliver robust timing and power performance. You will mentor engineers, evaluate EDA tools (Cadence preferred), collaborate with foundries and vendors, and push continuous improvement across multiple projects.
