As HR Technology Project Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Plan, coordinate, and lead regional HR technology projects simultaneously across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local needs
- Drive the implementation of target HR architecture and platform solutions, and lead integration with downstream systems
- Manage Payroll and Time & Attendance systems strategy, implementation, and optimization across the region
- Support and execute the development of a comprehensive HR IT architecture, aligned with business and HR objectives
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and operational excellenc
