We are looking for a Data Admin for a client company in the Aerospace industry

Responsabilità
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
- Entering (transfer and condense) data from various sources into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
- Complying with data integrity and security policies.
- Copying, printing and scanning files and generating reports.
- Filing Documents in the Library
- Troubleshooting processing errors.
- Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan.
- Testing new database systems and software updates.
- Interacts with clients as well as team members regarding data input.

Skill e Professionalità
- High School Diploma Tecnico Aeronautico
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, to manage documentation and communication.




- Excellent knowledge of Excel and strong familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new database systems quickly and accurately.

Vantaggi
- Work hours : Monday to Friday, 8:0
- Expected hiring with contract type : Temporary agency contract starting 1 year, with possibility of future direct hiring/internalization within the client company,
- CCNL Commercio - Level 3 Impiegati- Gross annual salary of around €28.000
- Work location : Rome, Torvaianica area
