Move Forward: The Opportunity

We're looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time, 12-month fixed-term basis. This role is critical in ensuring our customers receive a reliable, seamless service experience from order placement through to delivery.

As the key link between customers, Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams, you'll manage the end-to-end order process, proactively resolve issues and ensure customer requirements are met. You'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact
