What You Will Do As a Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule , you will champion our culture and values across every employee interaction and experience.
Supporting the implementation of the People and Culture strategy and ensuring alignment with the hotel's business objectives.
Acting as a trusted Business Partner to leaders and managers, providing expert guidance on people-related matters.
Championing top talent and actively supporting talent management and succession planning initiatives.
Supporting the hotel's Learning & Development agenda and partnering with leaders to identify and address development needs.
Building strong relationships across the organization and acting as a coach and trusted advisor to employees and leaders.
