Strategic Business Development
Lead the implementation of the company's market entry and growth strategy in Italy.
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the power transmission sector.




Build strong relationships with transmission system operators, utility companies, EPC contractors, engineering firms, public authorities, and key industry stakeholders.
Analyze market opportunities, project pipelines, competitive dynamics, and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and execute short, medium, and long-term business growth plans.
Establish strategic partnerships and identify opportunities for collaboration across European markets.
Support international expansion initiatives and strengthen the company's position within the transmission infrastructure sector.
Commercial & Financial Leadership
Prepare, negotiate, and present commercial proposals and contract strategies.
Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, margins, cash flow, invoicing, and cost control.
