We are looking for a Junior Innovation & Data Analytics Specialist who will support the team in managing innovation activities within Group Compliance during the maternity leave period.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

- Support innovation projects related to process redesign and development of tools for Group Compliance
- Contribute to data analysis activities (Excel, dashboards, basic Power BI usage)
- Support the monitoring and evolution of AI-driven initiatives (no technical development required)
- Provide PMO support to ongoing projects (tracking, coordination, documentation)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and feedback
- Support the design and improvement of tools and processes for compliance activities at Group level
- Prepare presentations and materials for internal reporting and management updates
- Ensure continuity of key initiatives during the maternity leave period





Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science or similar
- preferred 0-2 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, innovation or project support roles
- Good knowledge of Excel (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar tools
- Familiarity with data analysis concepts
- Basic understanding of AI topics (no coding required)
