- Analyze functional requirements and regulatory developments;
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications;
- Produce and maintain technical and functional documentation in line with company standards;
- Participate in testing, validation, and release activities;
- Provide application support and operational oversight for the services managed by the team;

Requirements

-
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field;
- Previous experience in software development;
- Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, REST Web Services, and SQL;
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Pentaho, PowerShell, and Java EE/Jakarta EE technologies;
- Knowledge of Application Security practices and OWASP guidelines;
- Knowledge of EMIR regulation and the financial services industry is a plus;




- Familiarity with code versioning systems and build automation tools (Maven/Gradle) and AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT);
- Good command of the English language.

Salary and Compensation
The position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €40.000. Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA:Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per il personale dipendente dalle imprese creditizie, finanziarie e strumentali) and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsability, experience and skills.
