Ricerchiamo per una multinazionale Farmaceutica con sede a Roma: Un/a Global Events & Special Projects Specialist - SOSTITUZIONE MATERNITA' The Global Events & Special Projects Specialist partners with Global Franchise and Commercial Operations & Excellence teams to deliver key congresses, events, and strategic initiatives. The role leads project coordination, procurement and vendor management activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution, operational excellence, and effective customer engagement through platforms such as Veeva CRM. Key responsibilities: Franchise Project and Events Work with Franchise on key congresses and events. Leading on logistics and overall project management with Global Brand Teams to deliver high quality and compliant events Support with identified strategic projects for the franchises, working closely with Commercial Operations and Excellence and the relevant franchise stakeholders Support ongoing key franchise activities through end-to-end management of procurement and financial processes.
Commercial Operations & Excellence Act as a key partner, leading project management for commercial operations and excellence project (e.g., Excel/Best Performance Club) Manage relationships with external providers and country counterparts within contract management scope ensuring strong collaboration across teams and markets (e.g., customer engagement ecosystem, market research projects…). Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (RdA), Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipts (GR) within company systems. Work closely with Finance and Procurement to support budget process, suppliers, and smooth execution. Next-Gen Customer Engagement Ecosystem implementation support: partner with the key commercial functions to define the capabilities and requirements needed to unlock deeper customer understanding and engagement through a Veeva Vault CRM application for managing the end-to-end event lifecycle and
