The proposed compensation for the role is €800 net per month , plus benefits (as listed in the relevant section below).
Mission & Core Purpose We're looking for an enthusiastic IT Sales Intern to join our Sales team. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success and working closely with our Technical Sales Team .
Key Responsibilities Supporting existing clients on technical follow-up and rollout planning, initially joining client calls under the supervision of our Technical Sales Specialist;
Assisting with deployment checks to ensure our products don't conflict with clients' existing systems;
Troubleshooting technical issues at the JavaScript and HTML level;
Supporting the rollout of new features for existing clients;
Helping the Technical Sales team plan and prioritise the resolution of client issues;
Collaborating closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth, consistent client experience.
Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or other related subjects;
Professional proficiency in English and Italian;
Working knowledge of JavaScript and HTML;
Full availability for 40 hours a week for 6 months;
Comfortable supporting clients over calls, with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude;
Good organisational skills, with the ability to plan, follow up, and keep track of multiple client requests at once;
Not afraid to ask for help and open to learning directly from senior team me
