WHAT YOU'LL DO: You will be part of the local HR Team based in BCG Milan office, taking part in the recruiting efforts,



while being embedded in a wider People team comprising several HR functions across the EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) geography. You will interact with several internal stakeholders, being accountable for the recruiting process efficiency and for ensuring the best candidate experience possible, promoting BCG as employer of choice for top talents on the market, with a particular focus on the junior cohorts.
YOU ARE GOOD AT: Using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines to enhance stakeholder communication and ensure effective process management;
Partnering with interviewers during recruiting rounds to ensure that interview sessions run smoothly, providing an outstanding candidate experience;
Managing the candidate pipeline, ensuring efficient management of the entire recruiting process;
Acting as the main point of contact between candidates and the company, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout
