Position Title: Payroll Lead
Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office required

As the Italy Payroll Lead , you’ll be part of our Payroll team. Oversee monthly payroll activities for Italy in partnership with ADP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Support the internal payroll team and resolve payroll queries and escalations from employees and stakeholders.
Manage payroll changes related to hires, terminations, absences, and employee data updates.
Support post-payroll activities, reporting, controls, and compliance-related tasks.
Partner with the EMEA Payroll Manager, HR, and project teams on payroll updates, process improvements, and key initiatives.
Support year-end payroll activities,



audits, and payroll-related projects.

You’re not intimidated by innovation. Strong experience and knowledge of Italian payroll processes and practices.
Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
Experience working with payroll providers; Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
