How You'll Make An Impact Manage all legal matters for various Grid Technologies execution units related to HVDC, substations, products, services, digital solutions, and more.
Redline and negotiate contracts, developing templates for EPC contracts with both private and public customers, including those within public award procedures, supply and commissioning contracts, and software delivery agreements.
Oversee public award procedures concerning legal matters and provide legal counsel to a transformer factory on all relevant issues.
Handle claims with customers and suppliers effectively while taking initiative to proactively add
