Frigosystem S.r.l., a leading manufacturer of industrial chillers and temperature control systems based in Caronno Pertusella (Varese), Italy, is looking for a Finishing and Insulation Operator to join our growing Production team.

This opportunity is reserved for candidates belonging to the Italian Protected Categories (Law 68/99).

Your Role

As part of our Production Department, you will be responsible for:

- Applying insulation materials such as fiberglass, foam and cellulose to a variety of surfaces.

- Carrying out the insulation of industrial units.

- Selecting the most suitable insulation materials based on factors such as thermal resistance and durability.

- Applying insulation materials accurately and efficiently using the appropriate techniques to ensure optimal thermal insulation and minimize heat loss.

- Performing maintenance and repairs on existing insulation systems.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:





- A technical high school diploma or equivalent.

- Availability to work daytime shifts.

- Good manual dexterity and aptitude for hands-on work.
