You will assess risks related to child exploitation and abuse, develop safeguarding protocols, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement protective measures for vulnerable populations.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats to adolescent and child safety within operational contexts.- Develop and update safeguarding policies and procedures to align with evolving regulations and best practices.- Provide training and guidance to staff on recognizing signs of exploitation, abuse, and grooming behaviors.- Investigate reported incidents of child exploitation or abuse, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including law enforcement and child protection agencies, to address systemic risks.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience in child protection, safeguarding,
