At this stage, the Institute is selectively opening its governance and ownership structure to a limited number of aligned individuals who wish to be part of its growth from a position of genuine influence.

About the Opportunity:

Institute Itech is extending an exclusive invitation to a Strategic Equity Investor & Board Member — a senior individual of proven professional standing who wishes to become a formal co-owner and governance partner of one of Italy's most ambitious deep-tech research institutions.

This is an active partnership, not a passive participation. The selected individual will hold a formal equity stake in Institute Itech and a seat on its Board of Directors, contributing strategic vision, institutional credibility, and network leverage alongside their ownership position.





The ideal candidate is an entrepreneur, senior executive, or experienced professional with a strong track record, a genuine interest in the intersection of technology, sustainability, and international innovation, and the conviction to participate in a long-term value creation journey as a recognized institutional stakeholder.

Areas of Contribution:

Equity Ownership & Institutional Stakeholding

- Hold a formal equity stake in Institute Itech S.r.l., acquired through a privately negotiated shareholder agreement
- Participate in the long-term value creation of Institute Itech's proprietary project portfolio
- Contribute to the financial strategy and institutional solidity of the organization as a recognized co-owner
- Vantaggi from the commercial and social impact potential of six flagship deep-tech projects

Board Participation & Strategic Governance

- Hold a formal seat on Institute Itech's Board of Directors
- Participate in strategic planning, financial oversight, and key institutional decisions
- Contribute high-level guidance on organizational development, international positioning, and investment priorities
- Represent co-ownership interests within the Institute's governance and leadership structure

Network & Strategic Value Creation

- Leverage personal and professional networks to open strategic doors across investment, industrial, and institutional ecosystems
- Participate in high-profile events, investor forums, and partnership engagements as a recognized Board Member
- Contribute to the long-term reputational and institutional positioning of Institute Itech nationally and internationally

Project Portfolio Oversight

- Participate in the strategic oversight of Memoria™, Oxyleaf™, Terra™, Polaris™, Balloon™, and Biocity™
- Contribute to commercialization, licensing, and partnership decisions at governance level
- Support the identification of new opportunities aligned with Institute Itech's innovation roadmap

Profile We Are Looking For

- Senior professional, entrepreneur, or institutional figure with a distinguished and verifiable track record
- Genuine long-term orientation toward value creation and institutional development




- Strong alignment with Institute Itech's mission across environmental innovation, AI, urban development, and applied technology
- Interest in taking an active role in governance as a formal Board Member
- Established network within Italian, European, or international business and institutional ecosystems
- Fluent Italian and/or English
- Absolute discretion, integrity, and institutional credibility

Preferred Background

- Experience as entrepreneur, business owner, senior executive, or private investor
- Familiarity with equity structures, shareholder agreements, and private company governance
- Previous experience as board member, advisor, or shareholder in private companies
- Background in technology, finance, industry, real estate, or innovation-driven sectors
- Interest in deep-tech, sustainability, AI, or international expansion contexts
