Maintain continuous communications with Call Control and the department Manager/Supervisor. /p h3DUTIES RESPONSIBILITES /h3 ul liRespond, in a professional manner, to all assigned service calls while on duty. /li liPerform all work in a safe manner and in accordance with established company safety policy. /li liPerform all work using good working practice and current codes of practice/legislation relevant to assigned task. /li liEnsure spare parts are properly accounted for using established parts procedures. /li liAssist in ensuring that the planned maintenance completion rate is maintained at a min 90% . /li liAssist call control to schedule, plan and complete any works as required, using established work flow procedures. /li liKeep call control informed of your schedule and the status of all open jobs. /li liMaintain the accuracy of the customer listing by reporting errors with the site change form.



/li liSupport company vision and management decision. /li liEnsure that all ISO 9001:2000 agreed processes are followed. /li liKeep company vehicle clean and properly maintained. /li liYou will be expected to look after all tooling and company property issued to enable the tasks to be carried out. /li liWork as part of the service team. /li liFollow up and follow through with any and all assigned tasks. /li liSubmit daily paperwork in a timely, accurate and complete manner and in case of Wireless Field Service ensure the job is debriefed in a complete and accurate manner at the customer’s premises where possible /li liEnsure availability to work during weekend and nights /li liReport sales or service leads to the proper department /li liProvide a positive influence to peers /li liProvide on site technical assistance with difficult problems /li liWork closely assist department supervisors, salesman, contracts engineer managers with their day-to day operational duties. /li liAttend customer meetings as required /li liThe employee ensure that any activity, task and responsibility required by role in terms of (Export Compliance), (Import Compliance), (EU Arrivals and Despatching), as well as (Supply Chain Security)



is managed and performed in full compliance with the Company International Trade Compliance Regulation certification program itself /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liExperience of working in a technical service or test environment of Air Conditioning equipment essential /li liComputer Literate (All office associated programs such as, word, excel, outlook) /li /ul h3Previous Field Service Experience Essential /h3 ul liExcellent customer service skills /li liStrong communication skills /li liSelf starter, ability to plan , organise and manage time effectively with an ability to work under pressure /li liClean Valid driving license /li /ul h3Working Conditions /h3 ul liA significant amount of after hours and weekend work, frequently scheduled with little notice /li liTravel on a daily basis to and from customer sites /li liWill be required to stay away from home or travel long distances. /li liOccasional heavy lifting required /li liYou will be expected to operate as part of a team /li liParticipate on the 24/7 on call rota. /li liMay be required to travel abroad from time to time. /li liYou will be supplied with a Company uniform, which must be warn at all times while working. /li /ul pThe above duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and requirements of the position, and are not intended to be an exhaustive list.
