A key part of this transformation is bringing our core member engagement platform—including our mobile app and related services—under one central team. This team will own a unified codebase, enabling faster and more consistent feature delivery across multiple countries. /p pAs a Mobile Engineer, you will design, build and maintain high-quality mobile experiences using Kotlin Multiplatform. Working closely with Engineering Leads, Product Managers, Designers, QA and backend engineers, you will deliver features across Android and iOS through shared Kotlin Multiplatform modules and platform-specific implementations where required. /p pThis is a hands-on engineering role, with opportunities available at both mid and senior level. QA and backend engineers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences. /li liIntegrate the app with APIs, services and third-party platforms. /li liWrite clean, testable code and contribute to code reviews and engineering standards. /li liTroubleshoot production issues and improve app performance and reliability. /li liContribute to automated testing, CI/CD and mobile release processes. /li liIdentify opportunities to simplify solutions, reduce technical debt and improve delivery. /li /ul h3At senior level, you will also: /h3 ul liLead the technical delivery of complex mobile features. /li liContribute to architectural decisions and the direction of our mobile platforms. /li liProvide technical guidance and support to other engineers. /li liIdentify technical risks and help the team make pragmatic trade-offs. /li /ul h3Who We're Looking For /h3 ul liExperience building and supporting production mobile applications. /li liStrong Kotlin experience, ideally including Kotlin Multiplatform. /li liExperience developing shared functionality across Android and iOS. /li liA good understanding of mobile architecture, APIs and application performance. /li liKnowledge of automated testing, CI/CD and mobile release processes. /li liStrong debugging, problem-solving and communication skills. /li liA collaborative approach to working within a cross-functional Product and Engineering team. /li /ul h3At senior level, you will also have experience: /h3 ul liOwning complex mobile features from technical design through to production. /li liContributing to architectural decisions and improving engineering standards. /li liProviding technical guidance and support to other engineers.



/li /ul pExperience with consumer-facing digital or subscription products would be advantageous, but it is not essential. /p pYou do not need to meet every requirement to apply.
