/ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliLogistics and handling:ulliReceive, inspect and store deliveries /liliEnsure a logical and efficient organization of the various storage areas /liliEnsure the physical and electronic processing of receipts, shipments, and transfers /liliPrepare and participate in cycle and fiscal inventories and in investigating discrepancies /liliComplete the after-sales service forms in the internal software,



if applicable /li /ul /liliSales support:ulliManage the buffer stock of bagging materials and its replenishment /liliReplenish the SKUs available in nearby stocks /liliParticipate in tidying the sales and packing areas /liliProvide sales support by rotating stock between the storage area and the sales floor as needed /li /ul /li /ulh3Required qualifications and skills /h3pVersatile, meticulous and with a true service mindset, you master luxury customer service standards and demonstrate excellent computer skills.
Knowledge of CBR Retail would be a plus.
Organized, efficient and able to manage priorities and emergencies, you act with discretion and a demeanor suited to the luxury environment.
Your duties include combating unknown shrinkage, ensuring proper application of the Maison's procedures, and contributing to its brand image as well as customer satisfaction.
