KIKO MILANO is seeking a Retail Trainer (maternity cover) for the Sicilia area to develop Beauty Advisors' product and selling skills and to ensure a best-in-class customer experience aligned with the Brand's values.
You will deliver in-store and online training, cascade Global guidelines to the local market, track effectiveness and work with Area/Store Managers to drive performance across the territory.
English proficiency is required.
