EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / LEADING FASHION BRAND / MESTRE (VENICE)
Duties and Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to C-level profile

Manage complex calendar scheduling and meeting coordination

Organize national and international travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries)

Handle correspondence, emails and internal/external communications

Support in the preparation of reports, presentations and business documents

Act as a point of reference between internal/external stakeholders

Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information





Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines

Provide organizational support for meetings and events

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience

Previous experience as Executive Assistant or Secretary (agenda and travel management)

Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

High level of autonomy and proactivity

Dynamic, energetic and detail-oriented personality

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure
