ams Italy S.r.l. is seeking an accomplished validation engineer to lead bring-up and verification of RF, HF, analog, and high-speed digital ICs.
You will design and execute validation plans, characterize performance across PMOS/temperature, and drive root-cause analysis for silicon issues.
Collaboration with multiple engineering teams is essential.
The role requires 8+ years of semiconductor validation experience, a Master's degree in a related field, and strong experience with high-bandwidth
