ams OSRAM is seeking a Technical Leader for HF analog layout strategy in broadband optical communication ICs or comparable RF ICs.
You will guide layout architecture, floorplanning, and parasitic-aware implementations, while mentoring layout engineers and supporting sign-off processes.
The ideal candidate holds a BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of RF/analog layout experience and hands-on expertise in high-speed interfaces, matching/shielding, and advanced CMOS nodes
