Candidates from the EU will be given salary information prior to the interview. /p h3Essential Responsible Areas /h3 ul liDevelop and implement standards of excellence in data management to ensure data integrity, security and confidentiality. /li liDesign data management solutions that are efficient, scalable and flexible. /li liAnalyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns and valuable insights that can assist in strategic decision-making. /li liWork with multi-disciplinary teams to understand manufacturing data needs and ensure they are efficiently addressed. /li liDevelop and implement data governance policies to ensure that data is collected, stored, processed and used within compliance guidelines. /li liSupport IT team to develop data security strategies to protect Ball's confidential data.



/li liEvaluate and select appropriate data management tools and technologies to meet the specific needs of Ball. /li liConduct regular assessments to monitor data quality and implement data cleaning, standardization and data improvement processes. /li liProvide training and support to ensure users understand and effectively use data management tools. /li liContinuously evaluate data management practices and propose improvements to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of Ball's data management processes. /li liBe a second Subject Matter Expert in MES data collection and system usage across PHC, covering MASA and other systems used (full training will be provided across each MES system used in PHC). /li /ul h3Qualifications, Skills And Knowledge Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Data Management. /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in Data Management activities and data analysis. /li liMinimum 3 years of experience with BI tools and dashboard management. /li liMinimum 2 years of experience in integration and leadership of multifunctional teams focused on data. /li /ul h3Demonstrated skill in /h3 ul liAdvanced proficiency in BI tools and dashboard construction (Power BI / Qlik Sense). /li liAdvanced proficiency in ERP tools (SAP-PP / MM / PM). /li liIntermediate to advanced proficiency in relational databases and data processing (ETL).
