/ppbr/ppIn this context, we are seeking a highly qualified bNon-Key Expert – EU-Africa Space Policy Institutional Expert /b to support policy dialogue, institutional cooperation, programme governance and coordination between European and African stakeholders in the space sector.
/ppbr/ppbMinimum Qualifications and Skills: /b /pulliUniversity degree at bMaster's level /b in binternational relations, public policy, law, political science, space policy /b, or a related field.
/liliExcellent command of bEnglish /b.




/liliWorking knowledge of bFrench and/or Portuguese /b will be considered an asset.
/li /ulpbr/ppbMinimum General Professional Experience: /b /pulliMinimum b8 years of professional experience /b in binternational cooperation, public policy and/or institutional advisory work /b.
/li /ulpbr/ppbMinimum Specific Professional Experience /b /pulliAt least b4 years of professional experience working on EU and/or African Union policy frameworks and institutional processes /b, including inter-institutional dialogue, steering mechanisms or programme governance.
Working knowledge of EU space policy and African space governance architecture, including bAfrican Space Agency (AfSA) /b, bAfrican Union Commission (AUC) /b/bRegional Economic Communities (RECs) /band relevant regional institutions.
