ams OSRAM is seeking an experienced Senior IC Validation Engineer in Lombardy to lead bring-up, validation, and characterization of RF, HF, analog, mixed-signal, and high-speed digital ICs.
You will develop validation plans, drive root-cause analysis, and mentor junior engineers across cross-functional teams.
The role requires a Master's degree in a related field and 8+ years of semiconductor validation experience, with expertise in broadband optical systems and SerDes interfaces.
