You will guide layout strategy for broadband optical communication ICs or similar RF ICs, lead floorplanning, and drive parasitic-aware implementations across design teams.
You will also mentor engineers and support sign-off processes.
The role requires a strong track record in RF/analog layout, advanced CMOS node experience (FinFET/FD-SOI), and EM-aware methodologies to ensure robust high-speed interfaces.
