/strong /p pstrong Your Next Role /strong /pp You'll join our Customer Service team and support both customer-facing and back-office activities, gaining a comprehensive understanding of operational processes within an international Supply Chain environment.
/p p You will have the opportunity to: /pulli Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing /lili Support daily delivery activities and monitor order status to ensure smooth execution /lili Handle customer requests and provide support through phone and email communications /lili Assist in the management of service claims and customer inquiries,



ensuring proper follow-up and resolution /lili Maintain and update customer and operational data within company systems /lili Collaborate with internal teams such as Logistics, Planning, Finance and Sales to ensure excellent service levels /lili Support administrative and reporting activities related to Customer Service operations /lili Contribute to value-added service activities and continuous improvement initiatives /li /ulp You'll be supported by a great team and guided through an onboarding experience designed to help you connect with the business, your colleagues, and the full customer journey.
