/ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppThe Intern will support the team across the different stages of the recruitment process, including: /pulliSupporting the management of the full recruitment process, from the initial brief through to the final stages.
/liliConducting market research and talent mapping through LinkedIn and dedicated databases.
/liliIdentifying and approaching potential candidates.
/liliSupporting candidate screening and interviews.
/liliMaintaining and updating the candidate database.
/liliSupporting the preparation of candidate presentations and recruitment-related documentation.
/liliAssisting with the management of candidate and client relationships.
/liliSupporting Clienteling, Networking and PR activities.
/liliContributing to Employer Branding and Training projects.




/liliSupporting the team with ad hoc activities related to ongoing search assignments.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliUniversity degree or currently pursuing a degree, preferably in Business, HR, Psychology, Communication or a related field.
/liliStrong interest in Recruitment, Executive Search and the Luxury Retail industry.
/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
/liliGood knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
/liliProactive, curious and eager to learn.
/liliStrong attention to detail and organisational skills.
/liliAbility to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
/liliPrevious experience in recruitment, HR or Luxury/Retail is considered a plus, but is not mandatory.
/lilistrongFluent English, both written and spoken.
