ppProcess Technologist (Hot Rolling) MAW•San Lorenzo, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, IT /p h3Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoro /h3 pMAW S.P.A. – Search Selection Division, on behalf of a multinational company and global leader in the design and supply of highly automated industrial plants, is looking for a: /p h3Process Technologist (Hot Rolling) /h3 pThe successful candidate will join the international Process Engineering team and will be involved in the development, optimization, and commissioning of steelmaking plants for customers worldwide.
/p pWorking closely with the Automation, Mechanical Engineering, and Process Engineering teams, the Process Technologist will contribute to improving process performance and supporting plant start-up and ramp-up activities.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze and optimize hot rolling process parameters.
/li liSupport the development, validation, and optimization of process models.
/li liCollaborate with the Automation team to improve process control strategies and control logic.
/li liSupport commissioning, plant start-up, and ramp-up activities at customer sites worldwide.
/li liPerform technical troubleshooting during start-up and commissioning phases.
/li liAnalyze process data and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
/li liWork within multidisciplinary international teams on complex industrial projects.




/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automation Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
/li liAt least 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer, Process Technologist, Process Specialist, or in a similar role.
/li liSolid knowledge of hot rolling processes within the steel industry.
/li liExperience in process modelling and simulation.
/li liHands-on experience with plant commissioning and start-up activities.
/li liGood command of the English language.
/li liWillingness to travel internationally.
