/liliManage the entire sales cycle, from qualification and proposal preparation to negotiation and contract finalization.
/liliFoster strong relationships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.
/liliWork closely with operations and other departments to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional guest experience.
/liliSupport pre-opening activities and contribute to establishing efficient sales processes and workflows.
/liliStay informed about market trends and competitor activities,



providing regular insights and updates.
/liliAct as the main point of contact for all sales inquiries, showcasing independence and proactive leadership.
/li /ulpbr/ppbProfile Requirements /b /pullibProven experience in hotel sales /b, preferably within bluxury hospitality /b or related industries.
/liliExperience managing groups and/or MICE segments is highly desirable.
/liliFamiliarity with bOpera /b and bSalesforce /b is a plus.
/liliFluency in bItalian and English /b.
/liliLocally based or willing to commute/relocate to the hotel area.
/liliProactive, hands-on, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a standalone role.
/liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
/liliPreferably located in Courmayeur or surroundings.
