and consignment replacements – ensuring inventory availability and setting up customized defaults tailored to each customer’s needsProcess Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in alignment with company procedures, prioritizing timely and transparent communicationRegister, track, and follow up on customer complaints, acting as a reliable partner in finding solutionsBuild and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships through excellent service and proactive supportCommunicate and collaborate with internal departments to gather information efficiently and provide the best possible service to customersManage the Travel Stock program, ensuring full compliance with the Quality System and seamless coordination across teamsMaintain and update customer databases with care and precision, supporting data integrity and process efficiencyWhat we are looking forBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred – an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be consideredMinimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or another customer-facing role. Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience may also be consideredStrong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive customer relationships, especially over the phoneProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with SAP or other ERP systems are considered a plusAdvanced written and spoken EnglishLiving in the Turin area (bi-weekly presence in the office in Rivoli is required)At Penumbra, we value your skills and qualifications above all else.
