/p pCM5M is looking for a mid-level Copywriter / SEO Copywriter who can move from a social caption to an optimised article, from a newsletter to a paid campaign, while always keeping the tone, objective and audience clear.
/p pWe need someone who can understand a brief, find the right angle, choose the right words and adapt them to different formats, platforms and brands.

/p pToday, we coordinate a team of around ten professionals and a trusted network of specialists, managing 18 active assignments and predominantly long-term client relationships.

/p h3What you will do: /h3 ul liWrite captions, recurring content formats and copy for social media content calendars, adapting to different tones of voice.
/li liDevelop articles, guides and other SEO content based on client objectives and search intent.
/li liConduct keyword research and analyse search results to identify topics, priorities and opportunities.
/li liOptimise content on-page, working on structure, titles, headings, metadata, readability and internal linking.
/li liWrite newsletters, direct email campaigns and email sequences with informational, commercial or retention objectives.




/li liDevelop headlines, body copy, calls to action and copy variations for paid campaigns.
/li liTurn briefs and client requests into clear, distinctive copy aligned with the wider strategy.
/li liResearch different sectors and subjects, checking sources, data and information before writing.
/li liEdit and improve existing copy, recognising what is generic, repetitive or ineffective.
/li liManage feedback, revisions and different versions without losing consistency throughout the process.
/li liCollaborate with creative directors, designers, SEO specialists, paid media specialists and project managers.
/li liUse AI tools to support research and workflow while retaining responsibility, control and judgement over the final result.
/li /ul h3Who we are looking for: /h3 ul liYou have between three and five years of professional experience in copywriting, content production or digital communications.
/li liYou have a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to work across different formats, objectives and tones of voice.
/li liYou write Italian to full professional standard and have at least C1-level English.
/li liYou can write concise, immediate copy as well as longer, structured and thoroughly researched content.
/li liYou understand the differences between writing for social media, advertising,



email marketing and organic search.
/li liYou can conduct keyword research, interpret search intent and structure content accordingly.
/li liYou understand on-page optimisation and can apply it without sacrificing clarity, natural language or brand identity.
/li liYou are familiar with tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console or equivalent platforms.
/li liYou know how to work with reliable sources, verify information and recognise when further research is needed.
/li liYou can change register without losing accuracy or distinctiveness.
/li liYou welcome editorial discussion and can explain your choices without treating every revision as a personal attack.You are precise when managing briefs, files, feedback and deadlines.
/li liPrevious agency experience or experience managing content for multiple clients is strongly preferred.
/li liExperience in the food, hospitality, lifestyle or B2B sectors is a plus.
/li /ul pWe are not looking for a technical SEO specialist.
We do, however, expect genuine autonomy in keyword research, search-intent analysis and on-page content optimisation.
