OverviewAs EU Category Manager for Indirect & Services, you own the regional sourcing strategy and supplier relationships within a fast-paced industrial automation environment.
You will align EU activities with global category leadership while addressing regional specifics, driving cost reductions and value through multi-stakeholder collaboration.
You will lead strategic sourcing, negotiations, and supplier performance programs with a focus on risk, compliance, sustainability, and long-term partnerships.
This role offers regional ownership with global exposure and a path to impact across divisions.

ResponsabilitàLead international indirect & services sourcing network and ensure competitive supplier panel
Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms; establish performance-based contracts and monitor KPIs
Manage spend and savings via Long-Term Saving Plan across the portfolio
Oversee Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to drive performance and continuous improvement




Ensure compliance with ATS policies and integrate risk mitigation and sustainability in supplier selection and contracting
Communicate with internal stakeholders and manage strategic sourcing opportunities
Serve as EU point of contact for indirect sourcing issues; ensure governance and business continuity
Coordinate EU execution with global category leads to align with global direction and regional needs
Requisiti fondamentaliMinimum 5–8 years in strategic sourcing in international manufacturing
Strong analytical mindset; ability to work with ERP-derived data
Proven track record in commercial negotiations with international suppliers for multi-million euro spend
English mandatory; additional languages a plus
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership in multicultural environments
