/ppbr/ppThis is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and technically capable Project Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of projects from planning and pre-construction through delivery, commissioning and final handover.
/ppbr/pp The Role /ppWorking closely with clients, design teams, contractors and specialist consultants, you'll provide day-to-day leadership and coordination across the project lifecycle.
/ppKey responsibilities will include: /ppbr/pp? Managing construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover /pp? Coordinating multidisciplinary design, construction and consultant teams /pp? Managing project programmes, key milestones and delivery schedules /pp? Monitoring project cost, quality, risk and overall performance /pp? Supporting procurement, tendering and contractor appointment processes /pp? Managing client, contractor and stakeholder relationships /pp? Reviewing project progress and identifying potential risks or delays /pp? Coordinating site activities and ensuring delivery aligns with design intent and contractual requirements /pp? Managing variations, changes and project reporting /pp? Supporting commissioning, snagging, practical completion and final handover /pp? Ensuring projects are delivered safely,



efficiently and to the required technical and quality standards /ppbr/pp About You /ppWe're interested in speaking with experienced Project Managers who can demonstrate: /pp?? Strong experience within bconstruction, project management or consultancy environments /b /pp?? Experience managing complex commercial, workplace, hospitality, residential or mixed-use projects /pp?? Strong understanding of the construction lifecycle from design through delivery /pp?? Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams /pp?? Good knowledge of programme, cost, risk and change management /pp?? Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills /pp?? Ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced international project environment /pp?? Degree qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline would be advantageous /pp??
