You will lead layout architecture, floorplanning, and the development of parasitic-aware methodologies while mentoring layout engineers and supporting sign-off processes.
The role requires 10+ years in RF/analog layout, BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, expertise in matching, shielding, isolation, and advanced CMOS nodes (FinFET/FD-SOI).
