Talent Acquisition Talent Management /b /h3 pRecruitment Management /p ul liResponsible for the annual recruitment planning and execution for the Italian entity. /li liEstablish and maintain local recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, InfoJobs (mainstream Italian job board), headhunters, and industry resources. /li liLead the recruitment of key positions, including logistics operations, warehouse management, sales, and functional support roles. /li liManage relationships with recruitment vendors and headhunting agencies. /li liOptimize the recruitment process and hiring costs. /li /ul pTalent Development /p ul liEstablish talent reviews and succession planning. /li liDrive employee training and career development programs. /li liSupport management team building and organizational capability enhancement. /li liAssist in key talent retention and development initiatives. /li /ul h3b2. Employee Relations Management /b /h3 ul liResponsible for local employee relations management in Italy. /li liHandle employee grievances, disciplinary actions (strictly following the procedural requirements of the applicable Italian National Collective Labour Agreement - CCNL), Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), and other employee relations matters.
/li liProvide management with professional compliance advice related to Italian Labor Law (Diritto del Lavoro) and the applicable CCNL. /li liSupport investigations and related ER procedures; appropriately handle communications and negotiations with Trade Unions (Sindacati) or internal employee representatives (RSA/RSU) where applicable. /li liMitigate labor disputes and employment risks. /li liResponsible for salary structure design and market benchmarking, ensuring compensation packages fully comply with the minimum wage standards and grading requirements stipulated by the applicable CCNL. /li liManage employee benefits programs (e.g., standard Italian benefits such as meal vouchers/Ticket Restaurant, and corporate welfare programs/Welfare). /li liSupport the design of bonus schemes and incentive mechanisms. /li liConduct regular compensation competitiveness analysis. /li /ul h3b4. Organizational Development Performance Management /b /h3 ul liDrive the implementation of the performance management system. /li liAssist in formulating organizational structure and job design. /li liResponsible for job evaluation and grading management. /li liSupport business units with organizational optimization and team building. /li liDrive the implementation of corporate culture. /li /ul h3b5.
Italian Labor Law Compliance /b /h3 ul liEnsure all company policies comply with Italian labor laws and relevant regulatory requirements. /li liResponsible for the management of the employee handbook, policies, and procedures. /li liOversee valid work permit (Permesso di soggiorno) checks for foreign employees and ensure the timely completion of mandatory statutory employment declarations for onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes (UNILAV). /li liManage visa and immigration-related matters (if applicable). /li liSupport company audits and compliance checks by authorities such as the National Institute for Insurance against Accidents at Work (INAIL) and the National Social Security Institute (INPS). /li /ul h3b6. Administration Office Management /b /h3 ul liOversee office administration management. /li liManage administrative budgets and vendors. /li liSupport office relocation, renovation, and facility management projects. /li liCoordinate insurance, leasing, and related administrative affairs. /li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul li2+ years of management experience as an HR Manager or HRBP. /li libFluent in English; fluency in either Chinese or Italian is required. /b /li liDeep understanding of Italian labor laws and HR practices; bproven practical experience in navigating and applying the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) is mandatory. /b /li liFamiliarity with local employee relations and Italian payroll calculation logic (e.g., 13th/14th-month salary mechanisms, Severance Pay/TFR - Trattamento di Fine Rapporto). /li liAbility to independently handle complex employee relations cases and lead disciplinary procedures. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
