Your primary focus will be on Partners Group’s Southern European exposure in Spain, Italy and Portugal and you will report to Partners Group’s Head of Southern Europe. /p pYour responsibilities will include: /p ul liFinancial modeling of business plans, cash flows, debt structures, underlying drivers and resulting investment returns /li liSupporting sourcing and fundraising activities, taking responsibility early on as part of a dynamic European Team /li liIn depth analysis of investment opportunities across real estate assets, portfolios, and companies in a variety of sectors across different geographies. /li liPerforming and selectively leading due diligence workstreams on prospective investments (e.g. financial, commercial, tax, technical etc.) /li liDrafting of investment recommendation documents /li liConducting various other tasks related to reporting, monitoring, market research, internal requests and marketing efforts with current and potential investors /li /ul h3What we expect /h3 ul liEnthusiasm, passion for real estate and high energy level.
