Conduct SWOT analysis, competitor benchmarking, and extract national and global sales data. /li libExecutive Support Management: /b Promptly elaborate market scenarios, estimation analyses, and ad-hoc reports based on urgent requests from Company Ownership, providing key data to support high-level institutional tables. /li libTeam Leadership: /b Guide and coordinate a direct team, defining operational priorities, managing workload distribution, and fostering their professional development. /li libBusiness Intelligence: /b Manage and implement corporate BI platforms, leading the ongoing transition to Power BI.
