ppThe Process Quality Engineer is responsible for analyzing issues and non-conformities within manufacturing processes, identifying their root causes, and implementing corrective actions. The role involves close interaction with various internal departments and collaboration in activities related to the achievement and periodic audits of quality certifications. /p pThis position reports directly to the Poltrona Frau In Motion Quality Manager. /p h3Main activities /h3 ul liensuring dedicated oversight of the Quality Management System within the In Motion Business Unit /li liacting as a team leader in process investigations and in the definition of corrective action plans ensuring their implementation and effectiveness /li limanaging customer product complaints, including inspection and reporting activities on returned goods, and recording them in the company database /li liassisting customer auditors and third-party auditors during assessments of the In Motion Management System /li lisupporting activities related to internal PCPA-1DP processes /li liperforming product audits on a sample basis across all active product lines (dock audits) /li lisupporting the Engineering department in the preparation and updating of PFMEAs, material control plans, and process control plans /li liconducting Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies for new projects when required /li liperforming statistical analyses of manufacturing processes when necessaryproviding support in the preparation and updating of In Motion Management and Technical Procedures, as well as related documentation /li lipromoting corrective, preventive,
