While the equipment differs from traditional desktop environments, many core desktop support skills transfer directly to this role. /p h3What You'll Be Doin g /h3 ul liCarry out regular routine and preventative maintenance on the range of passenger processing equipment within the airport /li liRespond to all customer incidents and service requests passed across by the Global Service Desk and resolve any user faults within agreed SLAs /li liTroubleshoot and help resolve connectivity issues /li liMaintain a high level of communication at all times with both colleagues and customers /li liIdentify any spares required and advise the Global Service Desk accordingly to ensure that the customer incident can be updated accordingly /li liCarry out regular "floor-walking" and proactive line-of-sight checks to identify and resolve any issues before they are escalated. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3What will you bring to ESP? /h3 ul liGood knowledge and experience with Microsoft software /li liUnderstanding of network protocols, PC,
