Their advanced engineering team focuses on cutting‑edge hardware technologies, with particular strength in high‑speed interconnects, signal integrity (SI), and system‑level performance optimisation. /p pThis is an opportunity to take real ownership of signal integrity across the full design stack - from individual interconnects to complete system channels - while shaping the methodologies, tools, and workflows that enable high-performance, scalable hardware design. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 pIn this role, you will: /p ul liOwn bend-to-end signal integrity analysis /b for high-speed channels, from early design through to validation /li liOptimise bPCB, package, and interconnect performance /b under real-world operating conditions /li liDevelop and maintain bengineering tools, scripts, and automated workflows /b to improve team efficiency and reproducibility /li liBuild breusable electromagnetic modelling methodologies /b tailored to high-speed applications /li liTranslate SI analysis into bclear, actionable design guidelines /b that influence hardware development decisions /li liContribute to and shape the btechnical roadmap /b for high-speed interconnects, integrating insights from industry and research /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 pWe’re seeking engineers with strong fundamentals and a track record of delivering high-quality technical work. /p pYou will typically bring: /p ul liA strong academic foundation in bElectrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field /b, supported by an advanced degree and/or b5+ years of industry experience /b /li liSolid understanding of bsignal integrity fundamentals /b, including:
