ams Italy S.r.l. seeks a senior architect to define broadband optical communication IC architectures and technology roadmaps.
You will lead system and IC architecture development, translate requirements into subsystem specs, and guide teams through trade-offs and validations.
Applicants should have MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering and 15+ years of IC development experience, with multiple tape-outs in advanced CMOS nodes.
Expertise in SerDes, PLL/CDR, ADC/DAC and MATLAB/Python is preferred.
