ams OSRAM is seeking a Technical Authority to define broadband optical communication IC architectures and roadmaps.
You will develop system and IC architectures, translate requirements into specifications, and lead trade-off analyses while guiding engineering teams through implementation and validation.
The role requires 15+ years in semiconductor IC development, proven tape-outs on advanced CMOS nodes, and deep expertise in TIA, VCSEL drivers, SerDes, PLL/CDR and ADC/DAC architectures.
