ph3Overview /h3pFor our Information Technology Department, we are looking for a bProduct Management System Specialist /b to join the Product Management Systems team at our HQ in Milan. /ph3Your Impact /h3pThe Product Management System Specialis will contribute to the optimization, maintenance, and evolution of the Centric PLM platform, ensuring process consistency and operational continuity across the Company’s IT ecosystem. The resource will support Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, and Product Lifecycle Management processes, with a particular focus on PLM, CAD, and CAM environments. /ppIn particular, the PLM Specialist will be responsible for: /pulliGather and analyze functional and technical requirements related to product development and data management processes, with a focus on defining and improving PLM processes. /liliAnalyze current business processes (AS-IS) and contribute to the design and implementation of future-state solutions (TO-BE). /liliManage change requests and support solution design through business blueprints, data models, and system integration specifications. /liliConfigure and customize the Centric PLM platform according to business requirements. /liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including software vendors, to define and implement business needs. /liliCoordinate development activities performed by internal teams and external providers. /liliProvide day-to-day support to Product Development and Design teams. /liliWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data flows between PLM, ERP, and other enterprise applications. /liliSupport test case definition, testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT),
