Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Franchise Manager (Italy) to accelerate Italy expansion, focusing on franchise and asset-light growth. You will identify opportunities, evaluate deals with owners, investors and internal teams, and support execution of franchise agreements.
You will lead deal sourcing, negotiations, and onboarding, building strong relationships with owners and developers, and ensure brand standards and compliance throughout pre-opening and handover.
