The role manages the btechnical delivery, commissioning, and operational support /b of utility-scale BESS projects.

Project Handover from Sales / Presales /h3 ul liTake ownership of projects after bcommercial contract closure /b.
/li liReview project scope including: /li liSystem design /li liGrid requirements /li liPerformance guarantees /li liProject schedules /li liAlign with customers and internal teams on project execution strategy.
/li /ul h32.
Project Execution Delivery /h3 ul liManage the bfull lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects /b.
/li liCoordinate with EPC contractors, integrators, and equipment suppliers.
/li liTrack project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
/li liEnsure compliance with technical specifications, grid requirements, and safety standards.
/li liManage project risks and coordinate issue resolution.

Commissioning Grid Integration /h3 ul liOversee commissioning of utility-scale BESS including:



/li liSystem energization /li liGrid compliance testing /li liPerformance testing /li liWork with grid operators and technical partners to complete system integration.
/li liEnsure successful handover to operations.

Operations Support Service Management /h3 ul liCoordinate bpost-commissioning support and service activities /b.
/li liManage long-term service plans and preventive maintenance.
/li liMonitor system performance and coordinate troubleshooting if needed.
/li liInterface with OEM technical teams for system diagnostics.

Stakeholder Coordination /h3 ul liAct as the primary technical contact between: /li liCustomers /li liEPC contractors /li liOEM suppliers /li liInternal teams /li liEnsure smooth communication and alignment across stakeholders.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in bElectrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering /b, or related field.
/li lib5–10 years experience /b in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
/li liExperience with blarge-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure /b preferred.
