Within Leonardo Aeronautica's Service BU, specifically in the Customer Support & Services organizational unit, we are looking for a Program Manager Material & MRO for our offices in Pomigliano d'Arco and Turin Corso Francia.

Within the Material service that LAD CSS&T; provides to End Customers, this position relates to all activities concerning the coordination and support of the end-to-end process of a dedicated Line of Business/Program, from customer demand, in terms of spare parts and repairs, to their fulfillment.



The task involves developing relationships with all Team Leaders and stakeholders involved in this process, including the Customer; ensuring proper alignment between Business expectations and Material acquisition; developing the Supply Chain and engaging in continuous improvement projects for Supplier performance.

Main activities:

- Daily coordination and monitoring with M&MRO; SM Warehouse, Planning, and Supply Management Team Leaders;
- Daily coordination with key CSS&T; stakeholders to meet customer needs;
- Monitoring and progress of CSS&T; business milestones;
- Managing relationships with Suppliers and internal stakeholders for the evaluation and promotion of performance improvement initiatives;
- Participating in meetings with Suppliers and internal stakeholders for order portfolio analysis and critical issue management;
- Managing root causes for main critical issues related to LoB/Program;
- Analyzing RFQs for new initiatives and related exposure to labor/cost impact;
- Producing periodic reports and statistics on Supplier performance and end-to-end process performance;
- Promoting the improvement and efficiency of logistics processes and CSS&T; procedures.

Education: Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Business Economics and Organization.

- Adequate skills in Procurement/Supply Chain processes and Logistics Planning;
- Adequate skills in data analysis.

How does the selection process work?
